Hello, I have an annual Personal subscription and I would like to upgrade to Professional, however when I try to upgrade it from my web evernote profile or from app store the system doesn't allow me to upgrade or do any changes to my subscriptions. I tried to contact support but these is no possibility to send email or ticket and chatbot us useless. Did anyone else face the same issue and solved it.
