Pink Elephant, I have the same problem. In the current version of Evernote (I am using 10.60.4) I have no "PDF to Evernote" in MacOS Ventura 13.5. Wonder how to reactivate it (or: is it a bug in this version of Evernote…)? Thanks for any help and advise…
