Yes, same here. It began happening with the newest update, during solid internet connection, and while I was working with bulleted lists. Hopefully that helps Evernote fix the issue.

Since updating to this new version, I have experienced a total derangement to one of my notes! Post update, this has happened to me twice now. I've been working on a note, and then it will automatically reshuffle the formatting. When it first happened, I seemed to be able to fix it, thinking it was just being finnicky. However, the second time, it distorted my entire note, adding duplicate sections, and reshuffling parts. Please help! I'm also wondering how to get these notes restored to how they were before, as I have important information that was recorded on them, that's all distorted now!
