1. click on create task 2. enter task details 3. click save observe the following behavior - the window does not go-away like it used to. - click save again, window does not go away - click cancel and window goes away - open tasks window --> there are a bunch of repeated task of what I just created also, if I just create a task, and wait for like 30sec - 1min, the window will close. the task still gets duplicated
