Yeeeees this is what I need

Hi Evernote team, I'm a user of your app, which I think is amazing, I'm using it to keep track of all the info I need from my master's degree, so I have tons of information, which I've been sorting in the notebooks, but I was wondering if there is any way to make a sub section or like the note of the note. Maybe something like a content's section, where you are able to click and send you there, maybe to be possible to hide the information and just leave the titles to keep the organization. Let me give you an example My main topic is explaining carbohydrates, which subdivide in sugars, starches and fibers. Then sugars divide in monosaccharides, disaccharides, polysaccharides, and non-sacchatide sweeteners. Then in the last case sort a list of sweeteners let's say aspartame, acesulfame-k, neotame, etc... And give a explanation about each of them. So I've been using the listing dots, but I kinda get lost, so if there was a way to hide the info or make a sub note inside it would be easier to group and find.
