Notebook did not save my note

Hi all,

Notebook failed to save an important note this evening.

All that's in the note is the icon to the top left hand corner as shown in the photo. The note was untitled containing text and photo information.

So disappointed as this was information in relation to a business meeting I had with a client I meet for the first time. I can't go back and ask for another meeting as this will blow my chance of getting the work. Incompetence is highly undesirable.
