Issues with IFTTT and Evernote on the iPhone

(I apologize if this is in the wrong forum, or has been answered before.)

I am using IFTTT to automatically create a note at 6AM every day. Up until now, everything has been working fine, but lately I've been facing some problems. On the iPhone, these automatically created notes look and behave very strangely. Some of the problems are

• each line break that I have added in the HTML is doubled
• the window "jumping" up and down each time I try to type something
• every time I write a number followed by a full stop, the number changes to 1 and a numbered list is created automatically

Is there anything I can try with regards to the Evernote software to try to fix this problem? I have already done the simple things such as reinstalling the app, updating to the latest OS, etc.
