(Archived) Outlook 2007: Add "Clip to Evernote" to Quick Access Bar

In Outlook 2007 is it possible to add the "clip to Evernote" button to the Quick Access Bar when reading an e-mail? I can see how to move it around in the main Outlook screen where toolbars still live. However, when reading an e-mail where the Ribbon and Quick Access Toolbar takes over I do not see "clip to Evernote" an option for the toolbar.
