Issue checking boxes within notes on iPad

I'm running Evernote on an iPad Pro and have had trouble checking boxes. For example, if I have a list with checkboxes on each line, when I try to check one off it may check a box above or below it, as if the touch screen isn't calibrated. I haven't had any trouble with the screen otherwise, though. I've tried using my finger and the Apple Pencil for increased accuracy and have the same issue with both. Has anyone else had this problem?

Yes, 

I am having the same problem. It is way off.  I am checking off boxes that are about 5 lines below and the box 5 lines above gets checked off.

I have has to temporarily switch to OneNote until this gets fixed.
