(Archived) Category intersection panel

I saw mentioned that the category intersection panel may be gone. Also though, that you can select AND, OR etc using the ctrl and other keys. I guess I'd just say that the category panel is a really accessible way of doing the selection. If we're moving to a keyboard/mouse based method, perhaps we could have the mouse change or something similar to show what you're about to do (eg it would get a little '+' next to it if you're adding a category, or a minus if you're negating one)

Anyway, retaining the intersection panel would also be nice.
