Bug: Note content disappear (windows client only)

So, two separate issues that may be related.

1. The content of some notes disappear on the windows client. Displays fine on the web. It disappears when switching between notes. Just some notes, I don't know why. When using the note history to recover it the text appears fine, but the recovered note comes back empty.
2. Copy paste from note to note displays 'syncronizing notes...' and them the same issue as stated above happens.

Anyone able to help me? I don't even know how to submit a bug report or if this is the appropriate place.
