Screen shots

When using Mac's Shift/Command/4 combination for a screen shot, by pressing the

space bar, I can move the selected rectangle to any position on my screen. I can't

seem to find that feature in Evernote. Does it exist? It seems that in Evernote, once you

drag the screen shot crosshairs to a particular location, the top left corner is frozen in place.
