Problems with signing up for Penultimate beta

I signed up for the Penultimate beta, but Penultimate does not show up in Hockeyapp, and the penultimate beta group says "Welcome! Your group membership status is pending approval. Your membership request will have to be approved before you will have full access to this group." I remember signing the beta tester form and joining the group. Can someone please fix this?
