Highlight tool should lock in & two other ideas

In Clearly, once the highlight tool is selected it remains selected, which is very useful. It would be great if Evernote worked this way also--the highlight tool should remain active rather than reverting to the normal mouse cursor after first use.

 

It would also be a great feature to have a view option to see only the highlighted selections. I use Clearly to collect research on the web, often highlighting what I need from long articles, and it would be invaluable to be able later, in Evernote, to be able to toggle between viewing the whole note and just what I've highlighted.

 

And one more: it would be great to have the highlighting feature on my Android phone--a Clearly ap for Chrome on Android would be great.
