Format and Platform can be customized?

In my tastes and views about the format and platform specifically the dash board, the tool bars, icons and buttons some are not useful. Can we make it more simple and easy to navigate? In organizing our files could we customized it that will  best suited to clients needs and conveniences? On my experienced  evernote navigation and how the icons and tool bars are arrange are quite confusing. I notice that the format in the web and in my PC are too different. Another question could we save our work and files when we are doing editing in evernote accounts? Thank you very much I hope this will be given quite attention.
