cannot add to firefox on android

Hi. i'm trying to add web clipper to firefox on an android tablet (android v5.0.2), and keep getting an error message saying that clipper (v6.0.15) isn't compatible with firefox (v40.0.3) even though the download site says its compatible with firefox versons above 26. What can i do?? Thanks.
