When open note in own window, can't drag the window

I double-click on notes to open them in their own window, which is useful if you're editing a long note.  Since I installed Windows 10 last week, I can't move the note windows; they appear half off the screen on the left side, and I can't drag them over to see the full contents (or snap to either half of the screen).

I've answered my own question!  To snap a note to the side of the screen, open the note in a window, and then hold down the Windows key and press the left or right arrow key.  For some reason, the usual method of dragging the window to the edge of the screen, in order to snap it, doesn't work for Evernote windows in Windows 10.
