Bullet List - still does not work

Editing and updating bullet list in everynote is painful. I actually dread making any updates once I start. Simply I want to be able to move item from one level to another level without the bullets / numbers getting distorted. I constantly get numbers / bullets overlapping, double bulleting, indentation level thown off. Most of the time, I have to turn off bulleting and add my items and then bullet items. 

 

I do not think I use Evernote bullets in an advance manor. I want to be able to move a list item up and down a list and keep the target bullet and indentation level on all platforms. Please work on this capability. I will be happy to email someone acceptance criteria, etc if this will help but I call it basically functionality for this type of capability.
