Word Archiving and review

I work at a Registered investment advising firm. Under SEC regulations we are required to review and go through past files and messages or chat groups that may contain sensitive information. 

 

Do you know of any capabilities that would allow me to highlight the words so when i go back to the archives, i can see which files or chats or notes contain these red flags?
