Evernote Wrap Text Instead of Horizontal Scroll Bars

Hello Evernote community,

 

The attached screenshot says it all. Appears there is a minimum window size which will change the approach to instead of text wrap, introduce horizontal scroll bars to be able to see your notes. You used to be able to shrink to as small as you like and the text could wrap. How do I change it so that on a small screen I can see my whole note?
