minimum line thickness

Sorry if this has been asked/addressed. I looked and did not see anything except a 2012 complaint about only three thicknesses available for Skitch (https://discussion.evernote.com/topic/29665-skitch-20-mac/?p=161310). I have the same issue with Evernote. I use an Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) with the S-Pen. Almost all applications with free-hand drawing (pdf annotatores, SNote, etc.) allow much thinner lines with continuous adjustment. My free-hand writing in Evernote is horrendous because the minimum pen thickness is too large. Is there a way to change it? Thanks, mark
