I use EN on a MacBook Pro running Yosemite. When I make changes in Preferences - like turning off keep EN Helper running in the background when I quit - when I go back to look it is turned on again.
Also, when I exit EN it doesn't provide a login, and I have two factor configured. It use to. Somewhere along the way, one of the updates, it no longer requires me to login. I have to actually sign out.
