I have cancelled my Evernote subscription with a heavy heart.

 

After banging the Evernote drum and as an Evernote evangelist I've finally given up on the company.

 

The deafening silence and lack of response to paying end users is sadly nothing short of rude.

 

I no longer have any confidence in their ability to fully support or respond to the end users requests to fix what is clearly a broken application. It's a real shame as I egged on Evernote to respond every day I came back to this forum only to be met with silence on their part.

 

I was very close to buying an Evernote Scansnap to fully lock myself in to their ecosystem and now I'm walking away like a lot of people I'm reading about here.

 

Shame on you Evernote for being so arrogant and disrespectful to your loyal end users.
