Penultimate Paper Shop broken in latest updates?

Evernote Premium member attempting to download additional paper "collections" from within Penultimate. While I see the "Free download" button for the various collections, the button is non-responsive for me (i.e., nothing happens when I select and there isn't any evidence of the desired collection being downloaded).

 

Am I overlooking a step or something else or is this just another glitch in the disaster that is Penultimate 6?
