(Archived) Feature request : notebook description

We should be able to write a description for notebooks.. Explaining how the notebook should be used, what goes in there, etc.

I could imagine this option available under the notebook name when creating/editing a notebook.

Also, this description text could appear in a tooltip when the mouse goes over the notebook.
