(Archived) Feature Request: Database Splitting/Archiving

I've noticed that after a few months of use, my exb database is becoming quite large ( and sometimes slow to build display info). It would be useful if each notebook could be configured to have its own sql lite database with a master database to contain global meta data and pointers to each of these notebook db files. It would also be useful to allow attach/detach methods to allow the user to archive database notebooks and still attach them some time in the future.

PS - I'm using the windows version of the application, but I assume that architecture is the same for other platforms. If you care to move the request to a different location, its fine by me.
