I've been having this problem, but it's intermittent. I can work in an Evernote note, type, etc. I can paste text from other apps. But then I can select text and choose "Copy" or "Cut," but while Cut will delete the text, paste does nothing. Undo brings back the missing text. If I copy/cut, I also can't paste that text into another app. And I can't even drag and drop text within a note—it acts like it'll drop, shows the moved insertion point, then when I release the mouse button, nothing. When this happens, it's true of all notes, not just a specific note.
Quitting Evernote & relaunching seems to fix the problem, but it's annoying.
