Often when I copy/paste commands from my terminal window into Evernote, it randomly converts some single/double quotes to their UTF counterparts. It doesn't do this for every single one of those characters but more like 50% of the time. This is very annoying because copy/pasting the content back to terminal later ... stops working due to the weird symbol mismatch.
