Business Card Scanner Notes

Situation: The new business card scanner is great and when it saves it creates a nice custom note with all the info fields organized. 

Problem:  How do you create a note to look like the note that was scanned  with the business card app manually.  We have been in business 28 years and have an excel sheet with 1500+ contacts and we do not have their cards nor do want to manually enter all those in.... but we will if we can get them in that format.
