Penultimate on Windows 8.1??

Do you have plans for Penultimate on Windows 8.1 tablets and convertibles, especially the ones fitted with the Wacom digitizer on the screen?  If not why not?  It seems like a marriage made in heaven.   Don't misunderstand me, the IPAD is a great device but even with an intelligent stylus like the JotScript, it is still prone to palm detection whereas the Wacom system on devices like the Samsung XE700T or the MS Surface Pro 2 works correctly and rejects the writers palm every time, plus the stylus provides a pencil like point that is pressure sensitive.
