I really struggle with the fact that Evernote does not allow notes or notebooks to be arranged, or for notebooks to behave like directories (notebooks within notebooks).
However, the recent "Table of Contents" (TOC) note feature really helps work around this!
It would be incredibly useful if I could write some text in a note, and then perform a key macro that created a new Note with that text as its name (in the current notebook) AND for my text (possibly the whole line) to be converted into a Note Link ... that way I could use Evernote to do some primitive form of outlining!
