KustomNote blank field edit on EN

I just started using Kustom Note and its great, but after creating a template and using it, sometimes there are fields I need to fill in later, after i submit then to EN, i would like to know if there is a way to edit these fields later in EN just like i was suppose to in Kustom Note.

 

E.g

 

Template for patients 

I use a template and fill the name, date and place.

But i need a field for date of payment, but i can only fill these later, after sometime, which i have already submitted it to EN, where i cant chose the date in the same format i did in Kustom Note.

 

Anyone knows how to do it?
