(Archived) Lost Notes Prior to Sync - Cached/Local Copy?

My company apparently started blocking the sync from my Windows Evernote app and I didn't notice.  This morning I signed out and back in to see if that was the issue prior to realizing our firewalls were blocking the sync.  When I signed back in, offline from the corporate network, the app sync'd but all of my notes from the past 45 days are gone (which I guess is how long I haven't noticed it not syncing).

Is there by chance a local cached copy on my PC that I can pull back in?  I have not created a manual backup so I may be doomed.  Any advice or help would be appreciated.

 

I am running Windows 7 with the current release of Evernote on the PC.
