(Archived) Want to save old penultimate but not in penultimate

Okay I really want to use penultimate, problem is I would have tons of folders over time. I like the handwriting feature. Anyway I exported a file but lose the handwriting feature within Evernote. Any ideas? Is this something in a future update?
