(Archived) synchronisation problem

I have experienced a 'synchronisation problem' associated with, apparently, trying to share a note by email with too many recipients - in excess of the 'limit on my email account'.

 

I have attempted to resolve this by upgrading to premium, but the transaction is 'in progress' and not completed.

I now have endless pop ups telling me about the synch problem and when I submit a Help report the whole system gets stuck on 'Submitting Ticket'.
