TCG1 5 Posted August 28, 2013 Posted August 28, 2013 I have experienced a 'synchronisation problem' associated with, apparently, trying to share a note by email with too many recipients - in excess of the 'limit on my email account'. I have attempted to resolve this by upgrading to premium, but the transaction is 'in progress' and not completed.I now have endless pop ups telling me about the synch problem and when I submit a Help report the whole system gets stuck on 'Submitting Ticket'. Help!
