I would like to use the coupon code at the back of my Moleskine notebook to upgrade to Evernote Premium (3 month complementary subscription comes with purchase of the Moleskine notebook). The instructions in the back of the notebook with the coupon code only provide instructions for setting up a brand new Evernote Account.
