(Archived) Unable to view shared notebook in windows 8

I have 5 notebooks which my boss has shared with me, which I can view and access online. However, I can view only 4 notebooks on the evernote on my laptop. I am facing this problem only from the past 4 days, prior to which, everything was working smoothly!!

Hi and welcome to the forum,

 

I take it you have re-booted your computer?

 

You might have to remove and re-install Evernote to get over this.

 

If it persists make sure you raise a ticket via support.
