Work Flow?

I use an Eye-Fi with my scanner to get paper "into" Evernote.  I would love for a work flow engine that would look at those papers and apply rules.  For example, when I scan in a insurance statement it would file it in my insurance notebook, if I scan in a receipt from Target it would go into my receipts notebook.  There are a number of paper based information sources I want to keep in Evernote but there are multiple steps to manage these.  

 

Does anyone know of a service or add on of some type that will manage these for me?
