(Archived) Search exclude notes from Evernote Food

I am simply trying to search the word "evernote" to check my saved tips for evernote,

but items from Evernote food keep coming up, I had tried to put "-food" operator in the search, however it will also remove some of the tips related to or mentioned about food.

 

I am aware of the "-tag" method as a workaround of the issue, but it means we will have to manually add tags every time we add notes from Food, and the settings in Food only allow assigning "Default Notebook" instead of "Default Tags" , which indicates the officials also prefer using notebook for categories over tags. 

 

In fact search exclude notebook has been a features request since 2010 ,especially now Evernote business makes sharing notebook much more popular and useful, what makes it so hard to be implemented?
