(Archived) Trouble with deactivation

I use evernote on my linux and on my ipod. Whenever I try to alternatively login on either or the device I get a message that the account has been deactivated. The when I respond that I wish for the account to be activated, I get the feedback that I must reset password. This does not work until instead of using my username I use my email.
