(Archived) Evernote App for Win 8 Stopped Connecting to Server

I was updated recently to Evernote 4.6.5.8353 (268861) Public.

Since than I am getting an error 'Can't connect to server. Please try again later'.

But later I get the same thing.

Username / password combination is OK as I am using browser version without problem.

Is this a known issue?

My fear was confirmed:

I uninstalled this newest version and installed 4.6.4.8136 (26844) Public that was still hanging around in my downloads folder.

 

IT WORKS!

 

Evernote - please fix this server connection bug in newest version,
