I have two suggestions for Saved Searches:
1. Keep Tags from opening when clicking on a saved search. (I mentioned this here: http://forum.evernote.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=38&t=7033.) The desktop app should mimic the web app in this functionality.
2. Allow editing of saved searches from the contextual menu. If you want to edit it, the only way I can find is to delete the search and create a new one.
