(Archived) New Note Button Results in Error Message

I am using Windows 7, SP1, and the web version of Evernnote. When I click on the New Note button, I get a little window that pops up in the lower right corner of the windown that says: "Could Not Complete Operation (Note query):Not found". I've also notice that when I open and existing note and click the Edit button (pencil), the message window goes blank, and no editing.

What gives?
