jimspoon 0
When I tap on Dictate to use dictate text into a note in the Android app, Evernote saves the recorded audio in a WAV file attached to the note This gave me assurance that even if the speech was not properly recognized and entered as text into the note, I would still be able to hear what I said by listening to the attached audio file. However, I have found that this is not so. For some reason, when I play back the WAV file, parts of what I said are simply missing from the audio. I think (would have to confirm this), that the speech that was not transcribed as I was speaking are the parts that are missing from the WAV file. Has anybody else encountered the same problem? What's causing this, and is a fix in the works? Link to comment
