(Archived) Scansnap manager has lost Evernote settings (Windows)

Hi there,

For some reason, Scansnap lost the ability to import items directly into Evernote with the latest Evernote update I made a few weeks ago. Has anyone else had this problem? How do I fix it?

(This is Windows, not Mac.)
