I noticed some threads where people were having problems with formatting issues between iOS and the Mac but I have a different problem. I have a note that I think was only created and edited on the Mac. I printed it and the only carriage returns that showed up were when there were two consecutive carriage returns. Single ones were dropped. I cut and pasted the note into TextEdit and it printed out fine. So it appears as if the carriage returns really are there but Evernote drops them in the print process. Very strange. I have many other notes that seem to print out fine. I have no idea as to why this particular note is acting so strange.
