(Archived) Clipper won't allow save to desktop

I have the latest versions of the clipper (in Firefox) and the desktop client, but in the clipper options Save Clip to Desktop is grayed out. Obviously sync provides an automatic workaround, still this is inconvenient and unintended behavior.
