If I open this in a browser, or right click on it in any text editor and to Go to URL, then it brings up evernote and usually highlights the note in the list, but it does NOT open the note in its own window.
I just want to link to a specific links from desktop shortcuts.
If there is a way to send a command to the evernote binary file that would work for me too.

Hi,
I am using Version 3.0.2 (195746).
The link to note feature does not appear to work as I expect. If I do Copy Note Link from the UI, I get a URL something like this:
evernote:///view/215869/s3/240f4589-19db-4ac1-ae95-8af8d49dee5e/240f4sd9-19sd-4ac5-ae65-8af8d49dee5e/
If I open this in a browser, or right click on it in any text editor and to Go to URL, then it brings up evernote and usually highlights the note in the list, but it does NOT open the note in its own window.
