(Archived) Feature request - temporary highlighting

Using Firefox, I've found Context Highlight extension very useful

Basically it is the same thing that is already functional in EN when using search box: the words on the search are highlighted in the notes. What I'm saying that it would enormously helpful reading long texts if it was possible to select the words to be highlighted manually.

Any chances seeing this kind of a feature in the future?

what I'm suggesting is a 'highlight word/selection' (all occurences) in the right-click menu and/or a hotkey that activates highlighting of all occurances of selections. It is basically the same thing as typing the words to search box but works faster. One alternate solution could be the possibility to drag'n'drop selection to search box so that all occurences would be instantly highlighted.
