I've already reported this bug to Evernote. :::: QA - it's ticket 16051-13945 :::: I figured I would report it here to see if anyone else is having the issue. (It's been confirmed as a bug as I've reinstalled, rebuilt the database, and so forth.)
I'm running Evernote on a new 13" Macbook Air with OS X Lion.
When navigating between notes, the preview pain on the right freezes on a note and no longer updates to reflect the currently selected notes. It happens any number of ways and invariable becomes stuck. At that point there is nothing I can do to get it back in sync with the currently reflected note. It's frozen. The only way to correct is to restart Evernote. It happens almost immediately upon navigating from one note to another.
